The team at C.A.R.S would like to congratulate Charles & Heather Quintal whose 1967 Mustang Coupe won 2nd place in the 2016 Intermarque Concours d’Elegance Masters Class.

Since being fully restored by the team at C.A.R.S this vehicle has collected a number of awards around New Zealand including:

• 2012 Auckland Mustang Owners Club (“AMOC”) Annual Car Show – 1st equal in 67/68 Coupe class
• 2013 NZ Classic Car (“NZCC”) Concours d’Elegance – 4th place in team grouping
• 2013 AMOC Annual Car Show – 1st place 67/68 Coupe class
• 2013 34th National Ford Mustang Convention in Hamilton – 1st place in 67/68 Coupe class
• 2014 NZCC Concours d’Elegance – 3rd place in team grouping
• 2014 AMOC Annual Car Show – 1st place in 67/68 Coupe class
• 2014 35th National Ford Mustang Convention in Christchurch – 50 year iconic “Spirit of Mustang” award
• 2015 – NZCC Concours d’Elegance – 2nd place in team grouping
• 2015 AMOC Annual Car Show – Best in Show award All Models & Years 2nd place
• 2015 36th National Ford Mustang Convention in Taranaki – 1st place in all models trailered class
• 2015 Extreme All USA Day in Tauranga – 1st place in Classic 60s class
• 2016 NZCC Concours d’Elegance Masters Class – 2nd place 

Charles works hard to keep this vehicle in pristine condition whilst still driving it around the North Island on various trips and holidays.  Heather of course does her bit and is in charge of maintaining the ever growing collection of trophies and awards!  Both her and Charles take exceptional price in their Mustangs which are not just for show but also get driven and enjoyed!
